We wanted to find a way by which graduates could give differing amounts depending on their situation and means which together had the potential to make a significant impact for the work of the gospel.  With the 450 (and growing!) graduates of Birmingham University who we're now in touch with gave just a fiver a month we could easily fund a staff worker in Brum and more!

So that's why Brum Reunion is now a registered charitable trust with the Charity Commission (Number 1110159), have a board of trustees to help ensure we fulfil our remit, and are registered with Stewardship.  Our hope is that by doing so we'll be able to fulfil our aims of supporting one another post-university and supporting the ongoing work of the gospel on campus. 

With that in mind we've already committed to supporting two couples who graduated from Birmingham in the 1990's.  They are both leaving the UK in summer 2007 to take the good news of Jesus to different nations.  We'll post more details in the secure section of this site rather than displaying in the public section (and hence potentially putting sensitive information and their roles in jeopardy).  We're also directing some of our first income towards supporting a Birmingham staff worker.  Please do consider giving of your prayers and finance.  We'll be sending out and posting more details of those we're financially supporting in the secure section of this site.
